About W.I.N HELLAS
W.I.N. Hellas was founded in 2006 by Mada Tsagias-Papadakou and its cause is to help and support victims of violence. W.I.N. Through its network of research associates (psychologists, mental health counselors, lawyers etc.) W.I.N. Hellas offers psycho-social support to women who are subjected to any form of abuse in their family, social or professional environment.

EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TRAINING ON THE 9 SIGNS OF ABUSE
Workshops and training seminars are organized for YSL Beauty corporate and front-line teams to understand and identify abusive relationships.
VICTIM EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS
Sponsoring the 3 month educational program led by the NGO helping victims to look out for signs and symptoms and how to safely stop such behaviors. The two-hour weekly seminars of the program, aid victims in relieving their guilt, in restoring their self-control and self-esteem and support their emotional detachment from the perpetrator. The topics of the seminars concern violence as a social phenomenon, emotions and behaviors related to abuse and ways of self-empowerment.
Internal training of the YSL beauty teams & L’OREAL HELLAS EMPLOYEES
Workshops and training seminars are organized for YSL Beauty corporate and front-line teams to understand and identify abusive relationships.
AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
Through an extensive outdoor campaign and with the partnership with Key Opinion Leaders on social media, YSL Beauty spread the message regarding the 9 Signs of Abuse to over 2M people during 2021.
