In the Czech Republic, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty developed ABUSE IS NOT LOVE in partnership with the non-profit organization proFem.
ProFem was established in 1993 and have since then been defending the rights of persons at risk of domestic and sexual violence in the Czech Republic. Through the provided legal and social counseling, they have helped thousands of victims of domestic and sexual violence to overcome their traumas and live a dignified and full life again.
Our partnership with proFem has the goal to prevent IPV by spreading awareness especially among youths. YSL Beauty will donate finances to support the running of the hotline and anonymous chat that proFem runs while using its owned and earned media to increase awareness of the line and chat’s existence. One of the main parts is running a digital campaign to target younger audience and build awareness of IPV and 9 signs among them.

Running media campaigns to educate about the 9 signs and to bring attention to the NGO as a resource of help for those affected.
INTERNAL TRAINING OF THE YSL BEAUTY & L'ORÉAL TEAMS & BEAUTY ADVISORS
Workshops and training seminars are organized for YSL Beauty corporate and front-line teams to understand and identify abusive relationships.
RESEARCH OF IPV AMONG YOUTHS
As part of the campaign we would like to refresh the research proFem has done on IPV in youth‘s relationships in 2019 with addition of the 9 signs topic.
